Our Story
Jennifer opened her first salon in 2012 after years of professional training with Rainbow Room International, one of the UK’s most prestigious hairdressing groups. In 2017, driven by her growing reputation and loyal clientele, she moved to a larger space at 45 Ardrossan Road, rebranding the business as Therapy At The Registry.
From the beginning, Jennifer’s vision was clear: to combine elite-level styling with a truly local, friendly experience. Her passion for quality service and approachable care quickly built a strong reputation across Saltcoats and the surrounding areas.
Today, the salon is a hub of both style and community, welcoming clients of all ages and offering rental space for other beauty and wellness professionals.

Jennifer has beautifully renovated the building yet kept some original Feeling. Jennifer is a fantastic hairdresser, there are other hairdressers in the building, along with facilities for nails, waxing, yoga. Basically offering an all round body care!
These are set out in the hallway with colourful numbered doors. At the seated area there is a platform area with a grid on wall informing what each door is, with the original seating area below, it gives the feeling of a luxury waiting station! Have a look around it’ll be worth it….”
